The AV6 is all new for the 2.5T and 1.6T Smartstream! Our AV6 is the result of hundreds of man hours between CAD design, prototype building, bench testing and vehicle testing.
Many months of R&D has gone into our valve to produce a quality OEM replacement that makes a crispy clean sound and is 80% the size of it’s competitors.

The AV6 is designed for fast response, boost holding and looking pretty slick.
Precision Machining
The piston and housing bore are precision machined for a tight, clean fit for smooth operation and long life.
Bolt-On Fitment
The AV6 is a bolt on part and utilizes OEM features such as the factory gasket for a worry free seal. Simply transfer the OEM gasket to the new valve at installtion.
The AV6 can be run as both a blow off valve (BOV) or as a bypass valve like the OEM unit. The fitting can be removed if desired.
