Currency Exchange Rates
Almost all of the products UNIQ Performance sells are manufactured in the United States. Because we are so reliant on US manufacturers, we are also vulnerable to fluctuations in the currency exchange rate. This is why you will sometimes see sudden changes in price on the website.
Due to the volatility of the Canadian dollar, we might not be able to update all prices right away. When this happens, we may need to charge you additional money in order to complete an order that you placed (otherwise, we will be losing money on the order). The additional charges will only cover the cost of the product (we will not be making a profit on the sale). If you do not wish to pay the differences, we can cancel the order with no questions asked. You will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Keep in mind that despite the currency fluctuations, you are still paying a lower price than if you order directly from the US.

All customers must pre-pay for all products. This is because each product is specially ordered and manufactured.
Special orders cannot be returned. There is no return for any parts that have been used, modified, painted, or installed. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. All returns must be authorized and approved by uniqperformance and is subject to a 30% restocking fee, and shipping and handling fees are non refundable. All return requests must be made within 3 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to uniqperformance.ca in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging. Please insure that product is very well packaged. Buyer is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his or her own protection. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to uniqperformance.ca. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.
Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product on the freight bill or receipt at the driver's presence. Have the driver sign it as verification of defective merchandise. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call uniqperformance.ca within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. The damage claim needed to be filled directly with the transport company and not with uniqperformance.ca. Refusing a non-damaged item will result in no credit being issued. uniqperformance.ca is NOT responsible for damaged products.
Warranty and Liability
Items sold by uniqperformance.ca may not be legal for street use in all states, provinces, territories. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with applicable transportation laws. All products sold by uniqperformance.ca are sold “as is” to the customer. uniqperformance.ca does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by uniqperformance.ca are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Buyer also understand that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, uniqperformance.ca is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. uniqperformance.ca will not be responsible for your own actions. uniqperformance.ca is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injuries incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment, act of nature, labour disputes, supplies or materials shortage, acts of local, state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of uniqperformance.ca. The Buyer understands that all products require some prep work before paint; we are not responsible for any extra incurred fees, material fees, storage fees for unexpected labour your body shop and or paint shop charges. The Buyer understands uniqperformance.ca are not responsible or liable for any vehicle delivery fees, transportation costs, towing fees or incurred damages for bringing vehicle to a body shop for installation, paint and or body modifications.
All products require professional installation. Minor adjustments may be necessary. These are normal installation steps. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on products prior to return. See below for information on our return policies.
If the buyer receives an incorrect item due to uniqperformance.ca error, the buyer must inform and call uniqperformance.ca within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Please call for details.
We are not responsible for any typographical errors. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, uniqperformance.ca shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. uniqperformance.ca shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
