Our V1 Intercooler Kit for the Veloster N is back for a limited time! We came across some old inventory and we want it gone!
Our intercooler kit is compatible with the OEM ECU programming as well as our Staged ECU Calibrations. This kit is BOLT ON to DCT or MT transmissions, utilizing the OEM intercooler piping for a easy installation.
The OEM intercooler in the Veloster N leaves a lot to be desired. We replace the OEM unit with our 500 HP capable core for superior heat dissipation with minimal pressure drop to help retain OEM throttle response. The end tanks are designed for fitment and flow in the computer by utilizing 3D scans of the Veloster N. This allows us to keep OEM fitment and maximize power.
By 3D scanning the car and incorporating that into our CAD software, we can keep OEM fitment and design the components for ease of installation while enhancing performance. Here you can see an early concept model of the scan data and our intercooler concept.
Providing a more efficient core and design allows for much better in/out temperatures. This video pits our intercooler setup against the stock setup with temperature probes in both sides.

In the video above we went through 3rd and 4th gear pulls to get inlet and outlet temperatures. This allowed us to get the dyno data as well. We successfully gained 6 wheel torque and 8 wheel horsepower in the process at peak, with up to 13-14whp consistently in the upper rpms.
Our core is also finished in a special heat dissipation coating after fabrication. Above and beyond regular powdercoating or painting, our coating helps against core heat soak and is also an agent in supporting weld structure.
