RVE 4-Inch Closed-Box Performance Intake System (First 10 get Day 1 Edition)
The RVE 4-Inch Closed-Box Intake System was developed specifically for the Hyundai Elantra N CN7 platform with one goal: provide a large, clean airflow path to the turbo without sacrificing the benefits of an enclosed intake system.
At the center of the system is a full 4-inch aluminum intake tract, paired with a purpose-built closed aluminum airbox and velocity-stack inlet. The velocity-stack design provides a smoother transition into the intake tract, while the enclosed airbox helps separate the filter area from direct engine-bay heat.
Rather than building an intake around sound alone, the RVE system is designed with airflow capacity and future performance development in mind.
Features
* 4-inch aluminum intake piping
* Closed aluminum airbox
* Velocity-stack inlet design
* Large-volume intake tract designed to minimize unnecessary inlet restriction
* Enclosed filter area to help reduce direct exposure to engine-bay heat
* Silicone hose connections and required intake adapters
* Purpose-built for the Hyundai Elantra N CN7 platform
* Designed as part of the broader RVE Hyundai N performance ecosystem
* Clean OEM+ engine-bay appearance with substantially increased intake volume
Performance-focused design
A larger inlet alone does not magically create horsepower. The objective of the RVE 4-inch system is to provide the turbocharger with a low-restriction intake path with additional airflow headroom, particularly as airflow demand increases on modified vehicles.
The velocity-stack entrance is intended to provide a smoother entry into the intake tract and reduce the abrupt airflow transition associated with a sharp-edged inlet. The closed-box architecture is designed to maintain the advantages of a dedicated airbox rather than leaving the filter completely exposed within the engine bay.
Final airflow, pressure-drop, temperature and power testing will determine any published performance gains.
